Connect to Wi-Fi
Enter the exact network name and password the camera should join. Both are case-sensitive.

Avoid quotation marks or emoji in your network name — some cameras can't parse them during pairing.
Keep the camera within a room or two of the router just for this step. You can always relocate it once the connection is confirmed — Wi-Fi range is usually stronger than the pairing signal.
